I SIGNED UP AS A MONTHLY USER. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN IT EXPIRES? DOES IT AUTOMATICALLY RENEW?

Yes, the billing cycle states that it will be charged monthly. This will automatically renew; however, an email will be sent notifying you when the next charge will occur. If you would like to cancel your subscription, simply log into your account and click on “Manage Billing” on the side bar to make any changes to your subscription. 

I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION FROM MONTHLY TO YEARLY!

If you are loving our web application and would like to change from monthly to yearly subscription, simply send an email to info@analyzedbehavior.com with your request and we will take care of the rest! Your yearly subscription will begin the following month.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Your account will be cancelled, and your profile removed promptly when your email is received. Please do not predate or post-date your cancellation request as we’re unable to process it. If your account has already been billed for the month in which you cancel, your account will not receive a partial refund. We will confirm your cancellation via email.

IS ANALYZED BEHAVIOR AVAILABLE FOR ANDROID AND IOS?

Yes! Because our data collection app is web based, you can go to the website anytime (when connected to the internet) and on any device! When using your phone you must have the phone horizontal for optimal data collection. The application may appear slightly different depending on the browser you decide to use. If you are not satisfied with how the app is running on a browser be sure to try an alternative browser for optimal viewing and data collection.
